Now, I will take a break from writing about “Singaporean Bad Business Facts” as well as, how MNCs like LinkedIn-Microsft are liniked-in via “novel” profiteering and laundering center — the A$EAN Regional HQ of Businesses in Singapore.
How did it start?
What motivated me to start writing about Singaporean Bad Business Facts?
Info/disclosures: During 2009 — early 2017, I promoted Singapore; I was a frequent speaker to promote "Doing Business in Singapore" at events organized by many organizations, including, Enterprise Singapore [ www.enterprisesg.gov.sg Growing Enterprises]
Businesses will have occasional tough times to tide over. During one such time, I was surprised to observe what all started happening in Singapore w.r.t. Business Registered in Singapore!!
I reached out to many “Top Singaporean People” whom I knew. I tried to understand the situation better and started collecting more info and documents.
I visited Singapore last time in 2020 January.
Since then whatever I could know and see with proofs were all beyond any limit of corruption and desperate attempts to cover-ups by “Singaporean Government Agencies and Regulators”.
The modus operandi for Singaporean Government’s cover-ups:
“First they pretended to look into. Next, tried to kinda bully me.
Then, they are silent; trying to arrogantly ignore all!!!”
— Same experience by many victims of “Politically Connected Singaporean Fraud Syndicate”.
How about initiating Legal Action against Singaporean Regulators & Govt Officials in Singapore?
Oops, that does not work practically because in short:

It’s practically impossible to get reasonable justice in any jurisdiction, including Singapore which meets the following five major criteria:
Small “declared democratic” country ruled by one Party for decades — kinda dynastic family rule in a democracy since independence for many decades.
Very few global mass media, elite universities or think tanks are interested in critically reviewing and writing the facts about the country’s Governance in Practice.
Government and Government supported companies are “generous sponsors globally” to ensure good reputation management.

First — Business Ethics:
LinkedIn restricted the access to “my LinkedIn account” since the end of August 2022.
But LinkedIn continues to allow the Fraudulent/FAKE people (reference: some of the employees fraudulently listed on the LinkedIn company profile) misuse my company's name (MiTA) for their own illegal businesses and defame my own Businesses listed on LinkedIn:
Second — Legal Transparency:
In-spite of repeated email requests, LinkedIn has not yet been transparent to email me the specific contents — Posts & Comments [those I created and posted on LinkedIn] which “allegedly” violated LinkedIn’s professional community policy and due to which LinkedIn restricted my access to LinkedIn (since the end of August 2022); and thereafter LinkedIn removed most of the contents that I created & posted on LinkedIn.
Third — Public Interest:
Public Interest: LinkedIn should not delete/remove from Public Domain all these documents, including “my LinkedIn Professional Profile” and the Company Profile for PAL Think Tank : https://palthinktank.org

Most of the documents [from all the documents] which I created and posted on LinkedIn (particularly since 2017) are of the public interest.

So Many Drug-Cases, Hanging, Organ Harvesting & Singapore:
The “Singaporean Drug-Laws” may have nothing to do with Drugs but to intimidate Any&all.
In 2020 January — while Dr. Madhab Paul was in Singapore — Politically Connected Singaporean Fraud Syndicate over the phone threatened Dr. Madhab Paul to implicate him with #Friendly (aka, fake) Police Cases in Singapore & FREE Supari (aka, Contract Killing), which Dr. Madhab verbally mentioned to a famous (retired) Singaporean Diplomat, the retired Ambassador who knew Dr. Madhab personally for many years, and ACRA Officials during meeting at ACRA Office at 10 Anson Road. Possibly those early info to the Right Singapore Government Officials were helpful for Dr. Madhab to remain safe in Singapore back then in January 2020.
👉 The Singaporean Event back in January 2020 just reminded Dr. Madhab about Ganja-Case in India since colonial times — (i) easily available and (it is widely known that) (ii) अच्छे कनेक्शन हैं तो फ़साना भी आसान (i.e., fraudulently implicate via connection for extortion, and such examples are many on the public domain)!! …
👉 Later it was discovered that such “threats in Singapore” are neither empty-threats nor very uncommon for non-Singaporeans (be they Indian Victims or Western Victims of the Singaporean Financial Frauds) who disagree with Politically Connected Singaporean Fraud Syndicate.
BUT news about such events very rarely comes out of Singapore — and any such news are erased as soon as they rarely appear anywhere online — Singaporean Good Reputation Management.
